Description générale
Commutateur côté bas à quatre canaux (2x5A/2x3A) en technologie Smart Power (SPT) avec quatre entrées séparées et quatre étages de sortie DMOS à drain ouvert.Le TLE 6228 GP est entièrement protégé par des fonctions de protection intégrées et conçu pour les applications automobiles et industrielles.Chaque canal a son propre signal d'état pour le retour de diagnostic.Par conséquent, le TLE 6228 GP est particulièrement adapté aux systèmes ABS ou Powertrain.
